Terms of use
Using atremo
atremo corp. operates atremo, a social clothing app for sharing outfits, discovering pieces, and connecting with people and brands. By signing up or accepting these terms in the app, you agree to these terms and the community rules. The initial launch is in the United States for people aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for someone else without permission.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and tell support@atremo.net if you suspect unauthorized access. A personal profile and an optional brand profile belong to the same account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate another person, brand, or atremo support.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give atremo permission to host, store, resize, display, and share that content as needed to operate the features you use. Upload only content you own or have permission to share. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and other people. You may remove your public content; copies sent to recipients or retained for safety, legal obligations, and recovery may remain as described in the privacy policy.
Listings and offers
Describe items accurately, including their condition, size, quantity, and flaws. List only authentic items you own or are authorized to sell. Do not list prohibited or illegal goods. Payments and checkout are not available in the current prerelease version. An offer or chat message does not mean payment has been collected, stock has been reserved, or shipping has been arranged. Do not send money outside the app in response to suspicious messages.
Early access and badges
Early signup creates a real account for the app. A badge records eligibility under the early signup campaign. It has no cash value, does not verify identity or product authenticity, and does not promise paid benefits. Availability, launch dates, and features can change. The support badge identifies the official support account.
Review and account restrictions
We review new public media and content, respond to reports, and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or community rules. We may act immediately for urgent safety or security issues. Contact support@atremo.net to ask about an action or request a review. Staff actions are recorded.
Third-party services
Optional music connections and external links are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability can change. atremo does not guarantee the content or services of linked websites.
Availability and your rights
We work to keep atremo available and accurate, but prerelease software may contain errors and service interruptions. Do not rely on atremo as your only copy of important information. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded where you live.
Ending use and contacting us
You can stop using atremo and delete your account in Settings. We may change these terms as the service develops and request acceptance of a new version when needed. Contact atremo corp. at support@atremo.net for account, content, or terms questions.
