Who operates atremo

atremo corp. operates atremo. Our initial app launch is in the United States and is for people aged 18 or older. Contact support@atremo.net for privacy requests.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email, username, password hash, signup date, email confirmation, and preferences. You can add a name, photo, bio, social links, sizes, and a brand profile. We store posts, listing details, photos and videos, comments, likes, follows, saves, messages, offers, reports, and badges so those features work across devices.

What other people can see

Your profile, public posts, listings, comments, and visible badges can be seen by other people. Shared post and item links can be opened outside the app. Your email and password hash are not public. You can hide sizes, saves, and badges in your profile settings. Direct messages are available to the conversation participants. Support staff can review a message you report and messages you send to @support.

How we use it

We use account and app information to run atremo, keep your changes, find clothing and people, handle support, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We use your email for account confirmation and password recovery. Launch emails are optional. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Photos, music, and diagnostics

The photo picker gives us the files you choose. Profile cropping and background removal run on your device. The iPhone app re-encodes selected photos and videos before upload to remove embedded location metadata. Visual search analyzes your chosen photo on your iPhone; it does not send the photo to Google. On supported iOS versions, we consult Apple’s age-assurance features where required. We do not request your birth date or identity documents through that API. If you connect Spotify, the connection service stores the authorization needed for the music features you enable; you can disconnect in settings. If you turn on technical diagnostics, we receive your account ID, error codes, app version, and crash or failure counts. Diagnostic records exclude message text, passwords, and uploaded media. Hosting and security providers also process request information such as IP addresses and timestamps.

Our service providers

Supabase stores accounts, app data, and media. Vercel hosts the website and app API. Resend delivers account email. Cloudflare provides domain, security, and some integration services. GitHub runs development and backup automation. Spotify handles optional music connections. We require our service providers to protect personal information consistently with this policy and applicable data-protection obligations, including limits on use, confidentiality, security, and deletion. Spotify is an optional service governed by its own privacy policy and your permission. These providers process information to deliver their services, including in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Storage and deletion

We retain account information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or request help from support@atremo.net. Deleted posts and listings stop being public. Information needed for unresolved abuse reports, legal obligations, or disputes may be retained for those purposes. Technical diagnostics are removed after 90 days. Resolved report evidence is cleared after 180 days. Encrypted recovery backups expire after 30 days; account deletion is also recorded in an independent cleanup service so deletion requests can be reapplied before a restored backup returns to service. That record contains an internal account identifier and deletion state, not your profile, email, password, or Spotify tokens. If cleanup is interrupted, your public content is hidden and the service retries automatically.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and privacy preferences in the app, disconnect music, turn diagnostics off, and request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting support@atremo.net. We verify account ownership before disclosing private information. You may also have privacy rights under the law where you live. Turning diagnostics off stops new diagnostic uploads and clears the unsent diagnostic queue on your device.

Website storage and email

The signup website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Security tools may use storage or cookies to prevent abuse. Confirming your email does not sign you into the public website. Account emails are necessary to confirm or recover your account. To change your optional launch email preference, contact support@atremo.net.

Age and changes

The current launch is for adults aged 18 or older. Contact support@atremo.net if you believe a child has created an account. We will update this page when our data practices change and request renewed acceptance when needed. For privacy questions, contact support@atremo.net.
