Message @support in the app, or email support@atremo.net. The official @support account has a support badge and is pinned at the top of Messages. Include what happened and the relevant item or post link. Never send your password or authentication code.

Report a safety issue

Use Report on the post, listing, profile, comment, or message. You can block a person from their profile or conversation. If you cannot sign in, email support@atremo.net. For an immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Account and privacy

You can delete your account in Settings, including if you decline updated terms. You can also request help, a copy of your data, or review of a moderation decision by emailing support@atremo.net. We verify account ownership before disclosing private information or deleting an account on request.

About the service

atremo corp. operates atremo for adults aged 18 or older. The initial launch is in the United States. Payments and checkout are not enabled in the prerelease app.
